Illustrated by hiroja and based on the original work by Osamu Nishi, the IruMafia Edition manga began serialization in Akita Shoten’s Weekly Shonen Champion in September 2023. Nine volumes have been released in Japan.
Kodansha USA publishes the manga in English and describes the story:
Iruma is a cheerful boy growing up in a poor neighborhood when he shares his last loaf of bread with an injured stranger. The man turns out to be Don Sullivan, the head of the Babyl Mafia. Grateful for Iruma’s kindness, Sullivan takes him in as his grandson—and makes him the heir to a powerful mafia family.
