More Assassination Classroom is always welcome—fans have been waiting for new content featuring Korosensei and Class 3-E. Exploring untold Class 3-E moments sounds great; seeing the days we didn't get to experience in the original series adds depth to their journey. The 10th anniversary feels special; a decade since the series began is the perfect time to celebrate with a new film. Korosensei deserves this celebration—his impact on anime and his students' lives makes this tribute meaningful.

The new anime film "Assassination Classroom The Movie: Our Time" (Ansatsu Kyoushitsu Gekijou-ban: Minna no Jikan) based on Yusei Matsui's original work has revealed its trailer and poster visual. The theme song "Teacher" is a newly written song by singer-songwriter Tomonari Sora.

    The Story

"Assassination Classroom The Movie: Our Time" will be released nationwide on March 20, 2026. The story depicts "the days of Class 3-E that you don't know about"—the time spent by students in Class 3-E at Kunugigaoka Junior High School with Korosensei.

    The trailer features:

    • A mysterious lesson teaching mermaids to swim

    • Art class scenes where each student's personality explodes

    • Revenge plot scenes using skills developed through "assassination"

    • Valentine's Day events

    • A snippet of the theme song "Teacher"

The poster visual features the tagline "With 10 years' worth of love" and shows students following memorable photos that Korosensei scattered around the classroom with thoughtful expressions.

    Theme Song

    "Teacher" by Tomonari Sora

Tomonari previously provided the opening theme "Yellow Light" for the rebroadcast of the anime "Assassination Classroom," which began as the first of three major 10th anniversary projects.

Tomonari Sora's Comment: "An important work that colored my elementary and junior high school days, 'Assassination Classroom.' It is a great honor to be in charge of the theme song for the movie, following the opening theme for this spring's rebroadcast. As a student who grew up with Class E, he wrote the song as a way to repay his gratitude to Korosensei. The starting point was the idea of 'what it would be like if Korosensei had transcribed the days of Class E into his diary.' I would be happy if you could listen to it with your own mentor in mind, as well as Korosensei and everyone in Class E."

    10th Anniversary Music Collection

The album "Anime 'Assassination Classroom' 10th Anniversary Music Collection" will be released on March 18, 2026.

    Three-Disc Set:
