Shueisha publishes the original Uchi no Otouto Domo ga Sumimasen manga by Akira Ozaki in their Bessatsu Margaret manga magazine, with 14 volumes published in Japan to date.

Hitoshi Nanda directs the TV anime adaptation at animation studio Lay-duce, with series composition by Megumi Shimizu, character designs by Shiori Hiraiwa and Yoko Fukushima and music by Gin (BUSTED ROSE).
