Tokusatsu anime are always fun and unique—blending the live-action genre's aesthetics with animation creates a special viewing experience. 24 episodes total gives the story room to breathe; two-cour series can develop characters and plots more thoroughly than single-cour shows. January continuation with minimal break is great—only a two-week gap between Episode 13 and 14 keeps momentum strong. The premise of wanting to be a Kamen Rider is relatable for fans; many grew up dreaming of being heroes, so this taps into that nostalgia.
The currently broadcasting TV anime based on the tokusatsu-themed seinen manga Tojima Wants to Be a Kamen Rider revealed today that the series will continue in January 2026 with a second consecutive cour for a grand total of 24 episodes.
Episode 13 will air on December 27, 2025, while Episode 14 will resume the broadcast beginning on January 10, 2026.
