A premiere month is in place for THE ONE PIECE anime, which has WIT Studio returning to the beginning of Eiichiro Oda's saga. Netflix announced that the series will premiere globally in February 2027 with "all 7 episodes dropping at once." The episodes will cover the East Blue saga up to the meeting of Sanji, adding up to around a 300-minute runtime and spanning roughly 50 chapters of Oda's manga.

The Episode 1 concept art accompanying the announcement shows a young Luffy next to Shanks and says "The adventure starts here." THE ONE PIECE was first announced in December 2023 at Jump Festa '24 with details revealed at ONE PIECE DAY'24 in August 2024.
