Two series by the same author collaborating is awesome—it's rare to see an author's different works crossover like this. The visual of the heroes facing off looks intense; Zylo and Yashiro staring each other down creates immediate tension. January 2026 will be packed with these two—having both series air in the same season gives fans double the content. Hero vs hero dynamics are always interesting; watching protagonists with different philosophies clash offers more depth than typical hero vs villain battles.
A collaboration between the TV anime "The Hero is Sentenced: Prison Records of the Punishing Hero 9004 Corps" and "The Hero's Scum" has been announced. Both series are based on novels by Rocket Company. A collaboration visual, PV, and celebration illustration by Nakashima 723 (who handles the comic adaptation of "The Hero's Scum") have been released.
