Prime Video getting exclusive early streaming a week before broadcast is a smart strategy because letting subscribers watch the series first builds platform value and gives the anime a head start on word-of-mouth before the TV airing. Takuma Terashima as the first prince also adds prestige casting since he's a familiar voice in fantasy roles and brings real authority to a prince character, which should ground the political elements of the story. The "solution slow life fantasy" framing is a refreshing angle too because blending power fantasy with chill territory-building makes the series stand out from typical isekai or fantasy fare. And multiple character visuals dropping at once builds strong anticipation because releasing visuals for four new characters alongside the third PV gives fans plenty to latch onto as the July premiere approaches.
The second key visual for the TV anime The Frontier Lord Begins with Zero Subjects, the third PV, and additional cast members have been announced. The second key visual depicts the power of Diaz and his men as they wield battle axes in a spectacular fashion to protect their lords. The third PV also includes scenes from the daily lives of Diaz, Aruna, and others as they begin to develop their territory, as well as footage of Diaz and Klaus ready to fight to protect their people. The PV also includes a preview of the ending theme song "Promise of a Starry Night" sung by Hanaya.

About the Series
The Frontier Lord Begins with Zero Subjects is a "solution slow life fantasy" featuring protagonist Diaz, who is famous as a "national salvation hero."
The Story
The story begins when Diaz, suddenly abandoned as a lord on an empty grassland, meets Aruna, a demon girl, and is taken to the village where she lives. From there, Diaz must build up his territory from nothing, blending the laid-back joys of slow-life territory development with the powerful battles he faces while protecting the people who come to depend on him.
