When gamer Arc falls asleep after a long session of his favorite MMORPG, he wakes up in another world—but with the body of his in-game character, a fearsome skeleton knight clad in heavy armor! Despite his terrifying appearance, Arc retains his human consciousness and noble heart, setting out on adventures while desperately trying to keep his skeletal form hidden from those who would attack him on sight.

As he travels through this fantasy realm, Arc uses his overpowered abilities to help those in need, rescuing slaves, defeating bandits, and championing the weak against the strong.
