The anime adaptation of Oedo Fire Slayer –The Legend of Phoenix– continues to grow its ensemble with ten new voice actors revealed ahead of its January 2026 broadcast in Japan. The series is based on the historical fiction novel series by Shogo Imamura.

The original Oedo Fire Slayer novels are published by Shodensha, with 13 volumes released to date. A manga adaptation illustrated by Shinobu Seguchi is serialized by Akita Shoten.
The anime is being produced by studio SynergySP, with Amuse Creative Studio (ACS Animation) overseeing production.
