It's finally here. After the absolute emotional devastation of Shibuya, JUJUTSU KAISEN Season 3 has arrived with the Culling Game arc, and MAPPA isn't pulling any punches. The first two episodes dropped today, and along with them comes a new key visual that showcases the chaos we're about to witness. If you thought Shibuya was intense, the Culling Game is about to raise the stakes even higher with new sorcerers, new rules, and the kind of brutal jujutsu battles that made this series a phenomenon. The visual alone has me hyped beyond measure.

JUJUTSU KAISEN Season 3 Key Visual

The Culling Game officially begins as the new season of the JUJUTSU KAISEN anime premiered today. Following the Japanese broadcast of the first two episodes of Season 3, the series' official channels released a new visual for The Culling Game, showcasing some of the action and characters we can expect to see this season.

Shota Goshozono directs JUJUTSU KAISEN Season 3 at studio MAPPA, with Hiroshi Seko writing the series composition alongside Yosuke Yajima and Hiromi Niwa on character design, and Yoshimasa Teuri composing the music, all returning from the second season of JUJUTSU KAISEN.

Studio Echo describes the series as:

Yuji Itadori is a boy with tremendous physical strength, though he lives a completely ordinary high school life. One day, to save a classmate who has been attacked by curses, he eats the finger of Ryomen Sukuna, taking the curse into his own soul. From then on, he shares one body with Ryomen Sukuna. Guided by the most powerful of sorcerers, Satoru Gojo, Itadori is admitted to Tokyo Jujutsu High School, an organization that fights the curses... and thus begins the heroic tale of a boy who became a curse to exorcise a curse, a life from which he could never turn back.

Crunchyroll streams all three seasons of MAPPA's JUJUTSU KAISEN TV anime, as well as the JUJUTSU KAISEN 0 anime film.
