Final Fantasy XIV: Evercold Sets February 23 Launch

FINAL FANTASY XIV: Evercold will launch on February 23, 2027, moving from its previously planned January release. Early access begins February 19, and pre-orders open November 4, 2026.

The new dates were announced during the opening keynote at FINAL FANTASY XIV Fan Festival 2026 in Tokyo. Director Naoki Yoshida also introduced Zephyr, a new Ranged DPS job, alongside more previews of the expansion’s locations and dungeons.

Players will explore the Realmships Sessrymnir and Skiðblaðnir and visit the player town of Hjartadunur. Zephyr joins the previously revealed Bastion as one of the expansion’s new jobs.
