The second season of Chained Soldier is set to premiere on January 8, 2026, and brings with it a new wave of characters and a brand-new opening theme. Based on the manga by Takahiro and Yohei Takamura, the dark fantasy series returns with more high-stakes battles against otherworldly invaders.

New Cast Members:

• Manaka Iwami as Bell Tsukiyono

• Fuka Izumi as Yakumo Ezo

• Yukana as Fubuki Azuma

The new opening theme song, titled “Hikari yo, Boku Ni.” (“Light, Be With Me.”), is performed by Akari Kito, who also voices the series’ lead heroine Kyouka Uzen.

Season 2 is directed by Masafumi Tamura at Passion and Hayabusa Film, with music by KOHTA YAMAMOTO and character designs by Keiya Nakano. HIDIVE will stream the series as it airs.

The manga is serialized by Shueisha in Shonen Jump+, with the English version published by Yen Press.
