    Studio Echo describes the story:

Pia Rockwell realizes she has been reborn as a minor villainess in an otome game, with an unhappy future waiting along the story’s familiar route. Hoping to avoid that fate, the timid noble girl asks to end her engagement to Rufus Stan. But her clever fiancé refuses to accept that their future is already decided. Instead, he proposes a bet, drawing Pia into a romance that may change everything she thought she knew about the world she now calls home.
