About Kagurabachi
Takeru Hokazono began the manga in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump in September 2023. The series has 12 collected volumes in Japan, and VIZ Media publishes the English edition.
Based on VIZ Media’s description, the story follows:
Chihiro spends his childhood learning the craft of swordmaking from his father, sharing quiet days at the forge despite their very different personalities. When that peaceful life is shattered by his father’s murder, Chihiro takes up a blade and sets out for revenge. His search leads through a ruthless yakuza organization toward the Hishaku, a dangerous group of sorcerers that may hold the answers he needs.
