Yen Press describes HORROR COLLECTOR:

Online ghost stories, cryptid sightings and unexplained disappearances are easy to dismiss as hoaxes—until someone discovers that a rumor is real. For those caught in a nightmare, a mysterious boy in a red hood may offer hope. He travels between towns, appearing wherever strange events unfold. But is he there to save the people in danger, or is his presence another sign that something monstrous is close?
